As part of your application, a representative of the Missouri Workers′ Safety Program will visit locations of your facilities and review if policies and procedures are followed, as per your written safety program. The representative then will report any deficiencies and provide suggestions as to what may need correcting. An acceptable safety program will need to be in order prior to full self-insurance authority being granted.
