If your address was correct and was not updated, contact Money Network immediately to request a replacement card. If you updated your address, wait one business day before contacting Money Network to request a replacement card. Money Network can be contacted free of charge at 1-866-892-2835 or by logging into Money Network. One free replacement card is provided per calendar year; additional cards will cost $2.00.
